What is included in your full management service?

We handle the entire process, including marketing on Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo and other channels, dynamic pricing, guest communication, check-in and check-out, cleaning, laundry, maintenance, legal compliance and guest support throughout the stay.

Which areas do you cover?

We manage properties in Marbella, Puerto Banús, Cabopino, Elviria, La Cala de Mijas, Benalmádena and other areas across the Costa del Sol. If your property is located elsewhere, feel free to contact us.

How much do you charge?

Our management fee is 20% of the net booking revenue after OTA commissions have been deducted. Cleaning and laundry costs are paid separately by the guest.

Will I have access to my property's bookings?

Yes. You will have real-time access to bookings, availability, owner blocks and guest communications for complete transparency.

Can I use my property whenever I want?

Absolutely. You can block any dates for personal use, and we will manage availability accordingly.

How are rental rates determined?

We use dynamic pricing tools and market analysis to adjust rates based on demand, seasonality, local events and occupancy levels, helping maximize your property's revenue.

Do you help with tourist licenses?

Yes. We can assist with the registration process for Andalusian tourist rental licenses and advise on legal requirements and compliance.

Who communicates with guests?

Our team handles all guest enquiries before, during and after each stay, providing professional multilingual support

What happens if a guest causes damage?

We require a security deposit and have procedures in place to document, report and manage any damages or incidents.
